Jubilee Park Community Clinic

Jubilee Park Community Clinic provides healthcare to newborn, children, adults, and seniors. These services include physicals, immunizations, preventive care check-ups, chronic disease management, sick visits, acute care and referrals to Parkland and outside subspecialty clinics, including for mental health treatment. 

The Jubilee Park Community Clinic also offers dental health services include exams, cleaning, fillings, and extractions.
